Welcome to Stone & Grain Foods. By accessing or using our store and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Stone & Grain Foods is a Puerto Rico–based company specializing in fresh-milled grain and specialty baking mixes (pancake and waffle mixes). Our store is powered by Shopify.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to place an order. By using this store, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Products

We offer fresh-milled grain (Artisan Grains) and specialty mixes (Pancake & Waffle Specialty Mixes). Because our products are milled to order, descriptions, weights, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Orders & Payment

By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods made available through Shopify Payments.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates, lead times, and carrier information are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

7. Refunds & Returns

All sales are final. Our full Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and sets out the limited circumstances under which we will address damaged or lost orders.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this store — including product names, descriptions, images, logos, and copy — is the property of Stone & Grain Foods and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stone & Grain Foods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our store or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and, where applicable, the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Puerto Rico.
